The Diagnostic

The friction is rarely where it first appears. Before committing capital or changing strategy, I identify where the problem actually lives, so you don't solve the wrong problem at scale.

1-2 weeks. Written readout and working session included.

The Strategic Sprint

A focused engagement around a defined strategic question. Scoped at the outset and executed directly by me, in collaboration with your team.

 

 

Typically 30 to 75 days.

Ongoing Advisory

For investors, law firms, and growth-stage companies that want senior strategic access without a full-time hire. I keep a small number of these relationships active at any given time.

Longer duration, 6 months+

A Note on Fit

I'm not the right advisor for every situation. I'll tell you that directly if I don't think we're the right fit. What I am is a systems thinker with twenty years inside the infrastructure you're navigating, fluent across the scientific, clinical, policy, payer, and commercial layers of the problem, working alongside you at the level the challenge requires.
